Each Catalog is a Category of Products listed in sequence by price.
Within the Catalog you can link to the Order Process, all the other
Catalogs, and ZOOM to see a larger image of the product.
The price for each
product as displayed in our catalogs is without any shipping charges.
Shipping charges will be added to the total purchase, during the order
HOW TO ORDER
Click on the Order Link
or on the image in the Catalog. Your product will them be placed in the
shopping cart. On the top right side of the web page is a summary of
your cart. Once you are finished shopping click the checkout button
located within the shopping cart summary. After clicking the Checkout
link, instructions for the remaining steps are located during the order
process on the top right of the page.
Tracking your shipment and
delivery - When an order is placed with us, we send you an
e-mail confirmation that we have received the order and that it will be
processed for delivery. When we ship the Order we send you another
e-mail with the tracking number and information that will enable you to
track the shipment and delivery over the Internet. If you need help,

QUALITY & DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We guarantee arrival in perfect condition (on
the day of delivery) to the address given on your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we
are given an incorrect address. So please check your addresses
carefully. Incorrect addresses are subject to a $10.00 service fee.
PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PAYMENT
What information do we collect? How do we use it? When
you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address,
credit card number, and expiration date. Also, we need to know the
ship-to information and any special instructions or messages. This
allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your

Other payment options are also supported. If

Fresh Fruit Gifts can only be delivered within
the Continental U.S.,
Alaska and Hawaii excluding Puerto Rico.
Dried Fruits & Nuts can be delivered in

Hospitals, P.O. Boxes or Rural Routes: WE
Unpredictable weather or other conditions beyond our
control can sometimes delay fruit harvests. If unforeseen
circumstances restrict the availability or delivery of an item, we may
find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Gifts with Wine or Beer
- We can ship Wine or Beer anywhere to individuals within California,
Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Main, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico,
Oregon, Washington, West Virginia and Virginia. No More than two case
of wine per month can be shipped to any individual or address. The
recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age. The courier will
be required to obtain proof of age - drivers license, passport, or
birth certificate. Wine shipments cannot be left at the door - a
signature is required.
What if I am a non-California resident, how do I know if
Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC can ship to my home? Any non-California
resident will be responsible for knowing whether they can legally
import wine to their home. It is not the responsibility of Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC to know your state"s importation laws and we suggest you
contact the proper authorities to determine your state laws. In the
event you have placed a wine order with us and it becomes illegal to
ship wine to your state, you will be allowed to return the wine less
the value of shipping and handling charges.Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC will
arrange for shipment of your wine to a specified address after it"s
evaluation that such a wine shipment will not subject Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC
to the risk of any illegal action or harm.
Other Wine Shipping Restrictions and Limitations:
To assist in determining any restrictions and limitations you may incur
when buying wine on line, we offer the following. There are many laws,
which may result in punitive actions controlling wine shipments within
the United States. Depending on where you wish the wine delivered,
Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC will sell the product direct to you. However,
with our company location being California, only the buyer is
ultimately responsible for seeing that legal shipments into your state
can be made. We will make representation on your behalf but full
responsibility for the shipments will be solely the responsibility of
the buyer. By placing your order with us, you are authorizing Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC to act on your behalf by shipping this wine to your
nominated location. Because there are states where it is strictly
prohibited to ship wine, we will not fulfill your order. It is the
buyer"s sole responsibility to fully know and understand the laws of
importing wine from outside your home state, legally or otherwise
regarding the rights to accept the shipment.
With the Buyer taking full responsibility, will Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC ship me wine? Because of the widely variable and
punitive laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we
have created this section to help you determine the restrictions and
limitations that you may face when buying wine online -- depending on
who you are and where you are shipping to. Any wine sold to you through
Gourmet Shopping Network, LLC is sold in California and title passes to you,
the buyer, in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the
shipment of wine. We make no representations concerning your legal
rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside California or any
country outside the United States. In fact, there are certain
states and countries we cannot ship to. By placing this
order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common
carrier to deliver your order to your selected designation.
